New store concept
Sephora wanted to launch a new flagship concept that found the balance between helping customers easily locate their products of interest while keeping an “open” concept. Essential to the new store concept was putting a new spin on the essence of the Sephora brand and differentiating from other stores in the sector.
Kendu, in collaboration with Sephora’s store design department, designed and produced 20 circular lightboxes to be mounted on the store walls as well as custom-made SEG lightboxes for the brand gondolas on the shop floor.
As a point of difference, a completely customisable digital fixture which shows customised messages on the screen in conjunction providing the brand with data on in-store analytics was installed near the store entrance.
The new look corresponds with the brand’s colours and playful shapes to create a fresh look for Sephora making it stand out in a crowded sector.
