Customer satisfaction survey results

Here at Kendu, we have always focused on top quality which is why we hold the Certificate ISO 9001 confirming our commitment to excellence. This Management Quality Standard states that the organisation must “ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer’s requirements and that quality is consistently improved”. As a result, every year we invite our clients to review Kendu via a customer satisfaction survey.

 

This year, our clients were asked to evaluate a number of quality management principles including our products and services, customer service, innovation, branding and brand perception, project management and sustainability. From all of us here at Kendu we’d like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. It is a fundamental tool that allows us reflect, amend, learn and continually improve so it’s a big THANK YOU!
