Kendu is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team in Miami. Reporting hardline to headquarters based in Spain and dotted line to Managing Director in Miami, you will be responsible for administration activities and assisting Corporate Accounting as required.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator, with the ability to represent Kendu in a professional and friendly manner. Time management, flexibility, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work in a team environment as a motivated self-starter are all crucial for success in the position.
-Raising of sales invoices and following up on pending invoicing.
-Obtaining aging report
-Creating purchase orders (POs)
-Processing of purchase invoices and following up on outstanding invoices.
-Creating new vendors
-Processing of staff expenses.
-Managing petty cash and reconciling movements.
-Giving support to other areas of the company.
-Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business discipline preferred.
-Knowledge of Dynamics NAV is a plus.
-3 years related working experience.
-Travelling to headquarters in Europe might be required occasionally.
-Must be proficient in computerized billing, receivable, collection and account systems and software.
-The ability to work with high volumes and accurate data entry
-Proficient with Excel, Mac platforms and Office 365.
-Able to work in fast pace environment.
