2. Intellectual property

The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sound, animations, software, texts, and all information and contents contained in belong to KENDU RETAIL, S.L. (hereinafter KENDU) and are protected as such by Spanish intellectual and property rights law. All reproduction and/or publication of the above, whether total or partial, is forbidden. It is also forbidden to process on a computer, distribute, circulate, modify, transform or decompile the aforementioned or to usurp any other rights legally recognised as belonging to KENDU without having received prior written consent to do so from KENDU. 

Users may solely and exclusively use the material contained in this website for their personal and private use. It is forbidden to use the material for commercial purposes or to carry out illegal activities. All intellectual property rights are expressly reserved by KENDU.

KENDU will take steps to ensure that the above conditions are met and that correct use is made of the contents appearing in its website. KENDU will take all corresponding civil and criminal action in the event of infringement or non-fulfilment of said rights by the user.

3. Protection of personal data

In accordance with Organic Act 15/1999, of 13 December, governing the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), the objective of which is to guarantee and protect the fundamental freedoms and rights of individuals, and particularly their honour and privacy with regard to the processing of personal data, KENDU informs users that it has taken all of the technical and organisational steps required by law.

The personal data obtained by KENDU are automatically processed and added to files belonging to KENDU and registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

The collection and automated processing of personal data has the purpose of maintaining contractual relationships established with KENDU, and is used by KENDU to inform, train, market (the latter of which is always identified as such) and go about other company activities. KENDU has taken the appropriate steps to protect the data provided and has also installed all technical systems in its power to prevent the loss, inappropriate use, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided. Users can at all times exercise their rights, as stipulated in the LOPD, to access, rectify, cancel and oppose such data. 

4. Sundry

A. – KENDU uses cookies which will be stored in your computer. Cookies are small files sent by our computer to yours, but which do not provide us with information regarding your name or personal details. The cookies we use cannot read data on your computer or read the cookies already stored in your computer. When you are browsing the KENDU website, the server hosting it automatically recognises your computer’s IP address, the date and time the visited started and ended, and information on the different sections consulted. The server must recognise this data in order to be able to communicate and reply to your request, which will appear on the screen of your browser.

Here, marketing communications will not apply to information sent TO CLIENTS of KENDU when such information is intended to maintain the contractual relationship between the client and KENDU, or when the communications refer to information, training and other activities related to the service contracted with the company by the client.

E. – KENDU accepts no responsibility for potential non-compliance with applicable norms by users when accessing the website and/or when using the information contained therein.

F. – KENDU accepts no responsibility for damage caused or potentially caused, no matter what its nature, due to use of the information, material or programmes contained in this website. Links and hypertext appearing on the website which permit users to access services provided by third parties neither belong to nor are controlled by KENDU; KENDU therefore accepts no responsibility for the information contained in these websites or for any effects potentially arising from said information.

G. – KENDU accepts no responsibility for potential illegitimate use by third parties of any brand names, product names and commercial names which, although they do not belong to the company, appear on the website.
