Key Account Manager – Visual Merchandising Focus

We are an international, dynamic, and well positioned organization in the Retail sector, with more than 18 years of experience providing creative, efficient and profitable communication solutions for points of sale worldwide.

About the Role:

The selected person will be in charge of managing the proper execution of the signed projects, and the fulfillment of the agreed milestones and deadlines, maintaining direct and continuous contact with the account management team and the production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Project planning.
• Control and monitoring of project milestones.
• Launching work orders into production.
• Ensuring the execution of projects within the agreed quality standards.
• Control and economic follow-up of the projects.
• Direct and daily contact with the account managers.
• Issuing invoices and closing projects.

Requirements:

• Basic university degree or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, preferably linked to the Retail sector.
• Resides in the Miami area.
• Spanish is a must.
• Ability to learn systems fast.
