Last week the 3rd edition of Kendu Live took our London clients on an incredible culinary journey below our Hackney Wick office. In a private space at the Beer Merchants Tap, we celebrated our strong Basque – British connection through an innovative 8 course menu served by professional Basque Chef, Joseba Lasa. Clients were surprised and delighted as they realised the beautiful table decorations were edible, followed by servings of smoked aged rib-eye steak, cod pil-pil, squid risotto and red wine braised oxtail. 4 large light boxes lit up the alcoves of the industrial-style room, highlighting the elements of Earth, Stone, Water and Metal, helping to tell the story of the unique Basque values.
