  • Send invoices to customers, receive invoices from suppliers, generate accounting journals.
  • Provide day-to-day finance/accounting administrative support at designated site location(s).
  • Identify and escalate data or financial discrepancies.
  • Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage mail and review expense reports.
  • Coordinate finance meetings with other departments.
  • Transcribe and/or composes letters, memos, and meeting minute.
